1. What is Ted-e-Points?
Ted-e-Points was created to reward frequent e-teddies.com.au customers. If you have joined Ted-e-Points you will automatically gain points with every purchase from us. Once you have enough points, you can redeem teddy bear related rewards.
When you join Ted-e-Points, you will also be automatically subscribed to a newsletter which we will send out via email. This newsletter will keep you up-to-date on Ted-e-Points related news such as how you can earn BONUS points on certain products.
2. How to Join Ted-e-Points.
Ted-e-Points is FREE to join, however you must place an order to be eligible. Meaning, this "Join Ted-e-Points" page must be added to your shopping cart the first time you order. This is the only time you need to do this. Your first order will count towards your points. You will be given a unique Ted-e-Points number which will be sent to you along with your order. Please keep this number in a safe place for future reference.
3. How to Earn Ted-e-Points.
All you have to do to earn Ted-e-Points is to shop at e-teddies.com.au. Every purchase counts towards your points. You will earn 1 point per $5 spent (not including postage). Please remember to include your Ted-e-Points number in the Additional Information box when you checkout. We will keep you up-to-date with your points total. (Please note: You will not earn points when buying Skansen Beanie Kids. We have a separate club for Beanie Kids.)
BONUS Points - We will occasionally give you the opportunity to earn bonus points on some products.
4. How to Redeem Rewards.
Once you have collected enough points to redeem a reward, the process is simple. The next time you place an order, just add the teddy of your choice from the Ted-e-Points category to your shopping cart. Your free teddy will be included with your order.
The teddy bears in the Ted-e-Points category will have the amount of points needed to redeem it in its description.
