your order. Your email address is used only
to contact you about your order status. We
do not send out spam emails.
Our
Products: All
products displayed on our website are in
stock and ready to be shipped immediately. If
you order a out of stock product that for
some reason has not been removed from the
site, we will contact you as soon as
possible via email. Processing
Orders: Orders
will be posted when we have received full
payment by the customer. We
try our best to post your order the same day
payment is received but we can't guarantee
this will always happen. If it is not posted
the same day, it will definitely be posted
the next working day. You
will receive an email from us with the
subject line "e-teddies Teddy Order -
Posted" when your payment has
successfully gone through and your order is
in the mail and on its way to you. Orders
will not be posted on weekends or public
holidays. Canceling
Your Order: If
you wish to cancel your order, please
contact us immediately via email or phone.
Once your order has been posted it cannot be
cancelled. Please give us plenty of warning. Receiving
Your Order: All
orders are sent via Registered Post through Australia
Post so all parcels have a tracking
number. The parcel must be signed for by the
recipient but if the recipient is not home,
a card will be left and they can pick the
parcel up at the local post office. |
