1. What is Ted-e-Points?
Ted-e-Points was created to reward frequent e-teddies.com.au customers. With every purchase from us, you will automatically receive a number of points (depending on the amount spent). Once you have a certain amount of points, you can convert them into a gift certificate.
2. How to Join Ted-e-Points.
Every customer that creates an account with us is automatically joined up with Ted-e-Points.
3. How to Earn Ted-e-Points.
All you have to do to earn Ted-e-Points is to shop at e-teddies.com.au. Every purchase counts towards your points. You will earn 1 point per $2 spent (not including postage). Our shopping cart system will automatically calculate the points you have earned after each order placed and add it to your points total. You can view your points total by going to "My Account" then clicking on the "Ted-e-Points" tab. (It is important that you use the same account every time you order.)
BONUS Points - We will occasionally give you the opportunity to earn bonus points by purchasing certain products.
4. How to Redeem Rewards.
A minimum of 100 points are required to convert them to a gift certificate.
100 points = $10 gift certificate*.
To convert your points to a gift certificate:
1. Log in to e-teddies if you haven't done so already.
2. Go to "My account".
3. Click on the "Ted-e-Points" tab.
4. Click on the "Convert to a gift certificate" button.
5. Fill in the necessary details. No need to add a message if the certificate is for yourself.
6. Click the "Create gift certificate" button.
To use the gift certificate, simply select "Gift certificate" as the payment method for your order. If your order total is more than the gift certificate amount, you will be asked to choose another payment method for the remaining amount.
*Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. They can be used on e-teddies.com.au only.
