All our parcels are sent via eParcel through Australia Post. (See "Parcel Tracking..." for more information.) All orders are packed in strong cardboard boxes to ensure safe arrival. We don't use satchels.
We try our best to post your order the same day payment is received but we can't guarantee this will always happen. If it is not posted the same day, it will definitely be posted the next working day.

You can choose to have your parcel sent via Express Post which will guarantee* next business day delivery to most areas.

Parcel Tracking...
All our parcels are sent via eParcel through Australia Post. This means all parcels have a unique identification number and can be tracked. Parcels must also be signed for when receiving the parcel. If no one is home when the parcel is delivered, a card will be left in the letter box and the parcel can then be picked up at the nearest post office.
Express post parcels also have a unique identification number and can be tracked.
If you do not receive you order within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we can track it down.
International Post...
We can ship your teddy bear or soft toy world wide. All parcels will be sent via Air Mail and will take approximately 7-10 working days to arrive to its destination.
There is no Express Post International, so if you're sending a gift, make sure you allow plenty of time for delivery.
